Utiel-Requena brings Bobal’s deep-coloured reds and bright rosés from Valencia’s inland plateau.
Dark berries, fresh acidity and firm tannins, from fruit-led to ageworthy expressions.
Bright red fruit and refreshing acidity with a more generous palate than colour alone suggests.
Utiel-Requena DO belongs to a higher inland landscape rather than the Mediterranean coastal plain. Bobal is central to its identity, offering structured reds and fresh rosés, although other grapes and wine types also belong to the denomination. Old vines are important for some producers, not a guarantee attached to every bottle. Compare vineyard, vintage and ageing details.
