A small Adige-valley home for Enantio, Casetta and Pinot Grigio.
Enantio.
Dark berries, herbs and a firm, fresh structure.
Casetta.
Dark-fruit and savoury notes with substantial tannins and fresh acidity.
Pinot Gris.
Pear, apple and a dry, fresh finish.
Enantio and Casetta give the reds a local identity, distinct from the broader Valdadige blends. Pinot Grigio provides the white-wine expression.
