Frascati Superiore brings dry, Malvasia-led whites from the volcanic hill country outside Rome.
Malvasia Bianca di Candia, Malvasia del Lazio.
Dry white with flowers, orchard fruit and citrus, from crisp to more textured expressions.
Frascati Superiore DOCG is a dry white denomination led by Malvasia Bianca di Candia and/or Malvasia del Lazio. It is distinct from both Frascati DOC and sweet Cannellino di Frascati DOCG. Riserva adds a longer maturation framework without making oak flavour inevitable. Compare producer and vintage to explore differences in fruit, freshness and texture.
