Colli di Parma offers an aromatic white-wine discovery through Malvasia, alongside reds from the hills above Parma.
Malvasia di Candia Aromatica.
Flowers, citrus and aromatic herbs with a fragrant, dry palate.
Barbera, Croatina.
Cherry, plum and spice with fresh acidity and a dry, gently grippy finish.
Colli di Parma DOC includes several grape-specific wines and blends. Malvasia di Candia Aromatica gives a fragrant white route, with still, gently fizzy and sweeter expressions making the label’s style wording important. Barbera and Croatina contribute to the red tradition. The hill-country setting is distinct from the lower Fortana del Taro area. Explore grape and sweetness alongside the producer’s approach to choose a table wine or a sweeter pairing.
