Évora wines. in Ontario

Évora is both a city and the name of an Alentejo PDO subregion, with different scopes from the wider administrative district. Warm, dry conditions and varied vineyard sites support several red and white varieties. Aragonez, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet provide a representative red-wine route, while the individual blend gives more precise detail. A local cellar address does not establish the origin of all its grapes. Follow the certified origin and vineyard information when comparing producers.
