Colli di Luni is a distinctive Vermentino destination that links eastern Liguria with northern Tuscany.
Vermentino.
Citrus and orchard fruit with fresh acidity and a savoury edge; maturation can add texture.
Sangiovese.
A representative red route with red fruit and fresh structure; other permitted grapes contribute to the blend.
Colli di Luni is a shared denomination spanning Liguria and Tuscany. Varietal Vermentino is a natural introduction, but the broader bianco is a different blend and Sangiovese-led reds also belong here. Read the complete wine name to distinguish those routes. The regional border does not split the protected origin into two unrelated appellations.
