Marino offers an inviting white-wine journey through another part of Rome’s Alban Hills.
Malvasia Bianca di Candia.
Floral aromas and orchard fruit, with a fresh to rounded palate depending on type.
Marino DOC is a white-wine denomination whose basic blend is led by Malvasia Bianca di Candia. The specification also provides other named types, so the short regional name is only a starting point. Its production zone lies close to Frascati but follows its own boundaries and rules. Look at the full label for grape, bubbles and sweetness.
