An aged northern Puglian red built around Nero di Troia.
Nero di Troia.
Dark berries, violet and savoury spice with firm tannins and more developed depth from ageing.
This red DOCG puts Nero di Troia at the centre and requires Riserva ageing. It is distinct from Castel del Monte Rosso Riserva, whose blend rules allow a broader supporting cast.
