Friulano.
Pear, apple and floral notes with a dry, rounded palate and a characteristic almond-like finish.
Lison DOCG is shared by Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Veneto. Its central grape is Tai, the variety known as Friulano in Friuli and historically associated with the name Tocai. The Classico wording identifies the historic production area. Clay and calcareous soils help describe the setting; the wine is a white, rather than a blend of all the grapes of the wider Lison-Pramaggiore DOC.
