Eola-Amity Hills wines pair coastal-air freshness with precise Pinot Noir and layered Chardonnay.
Cherry, berries and savoury spice with lively acidity and a finely structured palate.
Citrus and orchard fruit with a dry, taut or more layered finish.
The Eola-Amity Hills AVA lies where coastal air enters through the Van Duzer gap, helping cool vineyards in the afternoon. Volcanic and mixed soils, elevation and exposure create varied sites. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are signature introductions; a vineyard name gives more precise detail than the hill range alone.
