Slopes of Meliton combines Greek and international grapes above the Aegean on Sithonia.
Athiri, Assyrtiko, Roditis.
Citrus and white fruit with freshness and a rounded blend texture.
Limnio, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc.
Dark and red berries, herbs and structured tannins, with ageing adding further complexity.
Slopes of Meliton PDO includes both white and red wines. The white blend draws on Athiri, Assyrtiko and Roditis, while the red combines Limnio with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. It is a specific protected zone within Halkidiki, distinct from the broader PGIs around it. A shared coastal setting does not make all Sithonia wines part of this PDO.
