A delicate Chasselas white from the same countryside as Pouilly-Fumé.
Chasselas.
Gentle orchard fruit, white flowers and a lightly nutty note, with a fresh, dry finish.
The place name can be confusing: Pouilly-sur-Loire wine is made from Chasselas, while neighbouring Pouilly-Fumé uses Sauvignon Blanc.
