Estaing brings small-scale Aveyron winegrowing to the Lot valley, with reds, rosés and a distinctive local white-grape story.
Gamay, Fer Servadou.
Red berries, herbs and spice with freshness and a dry, gently tannic palate.
Chenin Blanc, Mauzac, Saint-Côme.
Orchard fruit and floral notes with a fresh, gently textured finish.
Estaing AOP comes from a small hillside vineyard landscape where several grapes share a long local history. Gamay and Fer Servadou provide a red-wine introduction, with other permitted varieties contributing. The white tradition brings Chenin together with Mauzac, with the local Saint-Côme grape as a permitted partner. These are separate wine colours with their own requirements. Explore the full blend and producer rather than expecting one variety to define every bottle from this compact origin.
