Colli Maceratesi offers a distinctive Ribona white-wine discovery alongside Sangiovese-led reds in the Macerata hills.
Maceratino.
Apple, citrus and flowers with a dry palate, freshness and gentle texture.
Cherry, red berries and herbs with a dry palate and fresh acidity.
Maceratino, locally called Ribona, anchors the denomination’s white wines. A named Ribona type gives the grape a more focused expression, while red wines follow a different Sangiovese-led framework. Still, sparkling and passito categories are distinct, and riserva wording adds further requirements where applicable. Read the complete wine name and colour to explore the range. Ribona’s local identity is a rewarding alternative to assuming every Marche white is Verdicchio.
