Münster-Sarmsheim brings a fresh lower-Nahe perspective, with Riesling from sheltered slopes near the Rhine confluence.
Citrus, apple and flowers with fresh acidity and gentle texture; sweetness varies.
Münster-Sarmsheim is a village-level origin within the Nahe landscape. Dautenpflänzer provides a documented Riesling example on a sheltered side-valley slope with quartzite and loess cover. Other sites and cellar choices add to the range. The village’s proximity to the Rhine does not turn its Nahe wines into Rheingau wines. Follow the complete origin, vineyard and sweetness statement when comparing bottles from this boundary-rich area.
