Colli Pesaresi reveals northern Marche’s diversity, from Sangiovese reds to fresh whites and distinctive coastal-hill subzones.
Cherry, red berries and herbs with fresh acidity and a dry finish.
Apple, citrus and light floral notes with a fresh, dry palate.
Colli Pesaresi DOC includes several colours and grape-led types rather than one required regional blend. Sangiovese introduces the reds, while Biancame provides a white-wine route. Names such as Focara and Roncaglia identify more specific wine and geographical requirements. Pinot Noir may contribute to white wines when vinified accordingly, so grape skin colour alone does not identify the finished wine. Read the complete subzone and wine type when exploring the range.
