Uclés links Cuenca and Toledo through red wines and an expanding range of white expressions.
Red and dark berries, with tannin and oak spice shaped by the producer.
Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay.
Fresh fruit and aromatic lift; the chosen grape and blend shape the profile.
Uclés DO is a protected vineyard origin extending beyond the monastery and village of the same name. Tempranillo, also called Cencibel, offers an inviting red-wine starting point, alongside other permitted grapes. White wines form another part of the range. Compare the stated grape, vineyard and maturation details rather than treating Uclés as one fixed blend or oak style.
