Est! Est!! Est!!! di Montefiascone pairs an unforgettable name with northern Lazio’s white-wine tradition.
Trebbiano Toscano, Trebbiano Giallo, Malvasia Bianca Lunga.
Gentle apple, citrus and floral notes; check the type for its sweetness.
This DOC is a white blend led by Trebbiano Toscano, locally called Procanico, alongside Trebbiano Giallo and Malvasia varieties. Its name is associated with a wine-seeking traveller’s legend, rather than a modern quality ranking. Classico narrows the production area. The wine type and producer are more useful tasting clues than the exclamation marks.
