Aprilia brings approachable whites and Sangiovese-led reds from the coastal plain south of Rome.
Trebbiano Toscano, Chardonnay.
Fresh orchard fruit and citrus with a gently rounded palate.

Aprilia DOC offers several distinct wines. Its bianco combines Trebbiano Toscano with Chardonnay, while the red and rosé blends centre on Sangiovese with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A separate Merlot type provides another red-wine route. The protected production area reaches beyond Aprilia town, so the complete wine name matters more than the town alone.
