Colli di Salerno IGT covers several wine colours and grape-specific expressions, including Fiano and Aglianico. Its provincial scope reaches varied coastal and inland vineyard landscapes, so the name alone does not describe one climate or soil. Fresh, aged and dried-grape wines take different directions under the broader rules. Use the grape and producer’s vineyard statement to bring the wide protected origin into closer focus.
