About Kondoli

Where it grows

In Telavi municipality, within the wider Tsinandali protected growing area on the right bank of the Alazani.

Kondoli names a village and vineyard locality rather than an independent protected appellation. The Tsinandali specification explicitly includes Kondoli, giving the place a clear connection to the protected origin’s geography. Local cellars offer a useful introduction to Kakhetian wine, while estate vineyard names can provide a still closer view. A wine called Kondoli may use a vineyard or brand identity, so read its protected origin and grape statement separately. The place name alone does not prescribe a blend or sweetness level.
