Portezuelo is a distinctive inland Itata discovery for family vineyards and heritage grapes.
Muscat of Alexandria.
Aromatic grape and floral notes; the label and producer establish sweetness and any skin-contact method.
Portezuelo’s wine-area name covers several communes within Itata. The local farming story includes País and Moscatel de Alejandría, with old vineyards and small producers an important part of its appeal. Individual sites and methods still differ. Compare the grower, grape and wine type to explore the contrast between an aromatic white, a textured skin-contact bottling and a fresh red.
