Weingut Beurer

Germany

Weingut Beurer is a family-owned estate in Kernen-Stetten in Württemberg’s Remstal, founded in 1997 and led by owner-winemaker Jochen Beurer. The winery is certified organic since 2004 and biodynamic since 2008, with Demeter certification and VDP membership. Its approach is hands-on and quality-focused: grapes are hand-picked, fermentations are spontaneous with native or vineyard-specific yeasts, and many wines are bottled unfiltered and without added sulfur. The estate also emphasizes anti-monoculture farming, preservation of historic varieties, and field blends, reflecting a strong commitment to biodiversity and site-driven winemaking.
