Terre Nobili

Italy

Terre Nobili is a boutique estate in Fossalta di Piave, Veneto, owned and operated by the fourth-generation De Stefani family. Winemaker Alessandro De Stefani works alongside his wife, Chiara, continuing the family’s hands-on approach. The estate is organically certified and follows biodynamic principles, with carbon-neutral, solar-powered operations. Vines grow in Caranto soils of Alpine clay and minerals, including native varieties such as Marzemino and Raboso. In the cellar, indigenous yeasts, stainless-steel fermentation, no preservatives, and only minimal sulphur at bottling reflect a low-intervention philosophy.
