Tenuta Trerose

Italy

Tenuta Trerose is an Angelini Wines & Estates property in Valiano di Montepulciano, southeastern Tuscany, with 103 hectares of vineyards spread across five hills. Planted almost entirely to Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile), the vineyards combine varied clay, sand and silt soils with differing exposures, supporting the production of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. The estate emphasizes precision viticulture, integrated pest management and a natural, sustainable approach, alongside minimalist winemaking. Its cellar blends traditional and innovative methods, including underground barrel aging in casks and barriques of various sizes. With roots reaching back to Roman times and a historic villa dating from 1521, Tenuta Trerose combines a strong cultural setting with a focused expression of Montepulciano’s landscape.
