Producer

Sven Nieger

Germany

Founded in Baden around 2010–2012, Sven Nieger is a self-funded, owner-operated boutique winery built by its sole winemaker, Sven Nieger. After studying at Geisenheim and gaining experience in Germany, Austria and New Zealand, he purchased three Grand Cru vineyards and established his own facility. The portfolio focuses on roughly 20 Rieslings, including single-vineyard and blended wines, reflecting a clear emphasis on site expression. The winery has no family winemaking background and is not a VDP member. No organic practices or sustainability certifications are reported.
