Señorío de Sarría is a family-owned estate in Valdizarbe, Navarra, operated by Bodega de Sarría and founded in 1953. Located near Puente la Reina on the Camino de Santiago, its vineyards extend across Puente la Reina, Olite and Corella, with varied soils and Atlantic, continental and Mediterranean influences. The winery works with Garnacha, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and other varieties, with particular expertise in Garnacha, including rosé wines. Grapes are hand-harvested, and winemaking combines traditional methods with temperature-controlled fermentation and extended ageing in French and American oak. Winemaker Milagros Rodríguez has directed the technical and oenological work since 2006, pursuing continuous improvement and careful expression of fruit. The wines are Vegetarian, Vegan and Sustainable.
