Podere Edoardo

Italy

Podere Edoardo is a family-run Tuscan estate led by the fifth-generation Pizzolato family in partnership with organic pioneer Gianni Borella and winemaker Settimo Pizzolato. Certified Organic and Vegan, the estate follows a minimal-intervention approach centered on biodiversity, with olive groves, woodland, chickens, vegetable gardens, and planned beehives integrated into the property. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with care under the guidance of Borella and Settimo Pizzolato. The producer’s identity is rooted in multigenerational family ownership, organic farming, and a close connection between viticulture and the wider rural environment.
