Nomad Wines is a Western Cape producer led by Kosie van der Merwe, working with organically farmed fruit sourced according to the vintage, including sites in Elgin and Cape Town. The wines are made with a low-intervention feel, using carbonic maceration, whole-bunch fermentation, and stems where suited. This approach gives the wines bright, crisp fruit alongside pepper, spice, and darker fruit notes, with the structure to age for 5–7 years.
