Domaine Fumey Chatelain

France

Domaine Fumey-Chatelain is a family-owned estate in Jura, founded in 1986 by Adeline Fumey and Raphaël Chatelain and now run by the next generation, Marin Fumey. Based around Montigny-lès-Arsures and nearby villages, the domaine follows certified organic viticulture with minimal-intervention farming, cover crops, hand-harvesting, and no synthetic chemicals. In the cellar, Marin Fumey works with a natural-minded approach, using indigenous yeasts, low sulfur, and aging in old oak and concrete. The wines are produced on a modest scale, with limited-release bottlings that reflect the domaine’s artisanal focus.
