Château de Hauterive is a family-run estate in the Lot, in the Cahors region of southwest France, managed by fourth-generation grower Gilles Filhol. With roots in the Verthamont family, the estate is associated with the Association de Vignerons Patrimoine des Terroirs and produces a focused range of red and rosé wines. Its vineyard has held High Environmental Value (HVE) certification since 2018, alongside “Lutte Raisonnée” low-intervention viticulture that limits chemical treatments.
