Les Eminades is an artisanal Saint-Chinian domaine run by Patricia and Luc Bettoni since 2002, set among a mosaic of Languedoc terroirs and preserved landscapes. Its vineyards include old Cinsault, Grenache and Carignan vines, planted on varied soils from red sandstone and limestone to schistous marl, flint and rolled pebbles. Farming is certified organic since 2008 and biodynamic since 2018, without herbicides or pesticides and with manual vineyard work. Harvests are carried out by hand with rigorous sorting. In the cellar, indigenous yeasts, spontaneous fermentations, concrete vats and large barrels support an understated approach: limited sulphur, no fining and light filtration. The resulting wines aim to express the diversity of the soils and the domaine’s family history with authenticity and sincerity.
