Le Logis de la Bouchardière is a family-run Loire Valley estate whose vines have been cultivated since 1850. Serge Sourdais expanded the property during the 1960s–1980s, and it is now presented under the family name Serge & Bruno Sourdais. The estate works vineyards in Cravant-les-Côteaux, in Chinon, and Panzoult, all planted with Cabernet Franc. Its Les Clos vineyard is 80 years old, with clay and flint soils, regular ploughing, and a favourable southern exposure. The wines reflect a strong connection to Chinon’s Cabernet Franc tradition and the continuity of a long-established family domaine.
