Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fèvre is a family-run Chablis estate based in Fontenay-près-Chablis, with Julie Fèvre closely involved in its operations and representation. The family began bottling independently in 2003 and completed a gravity-fed winery the following year. Its certified organic viticulture is progressing toward biodynamics. Gilles Fèvre directs the vineyard work, while Nathalie brings extensive oenological and Chablis-terroir expertise, including 12 years as La Chablisienne’s chief oenologist. The domaine’s wines are shaped by a hands-on family approach and a clear commitment to thoughtful farming and precise Chablis expression.
