Graci

Italy

Graci is an iconic Etna estate based in Passopisciaro on the north slope of Mount Etna, in Sicily’s Alcantara Valley. Working in historic contrade including Arcurìa, Feudo di Mezzo, and Barbabecchi, with vineyards rising from 600 to 1,000 meters, the winery focuses on expressing the character of each site and the differences between vintages. Graci cultivates only native Etna varieties and follows a minimal-intervention approach in both vineyard and cellar, avoiding herbicides and respecting local tradition and the territory’s natural balance. In the cellar, they do not use barriques, preferring large vats and barrels of long-seasoned wood. The style is rooted in transparency to place, with clear emphasis on cru identity and Etna’s volcanic terroir.
