Frerejean Frères is an artisanal Champagne house founded in 2005 by brothers Guillaume, Richard, and Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger in Avize, in the Côte des Blancs. Rooted in the Grand Cru village of Avize, the house follows a philosophy of “Le temps révèle,” with prolonged cellar aging beyond appellation standards and a focus on patience, precision, and gastronomic style. Viticulture emphasizes low-chemical farming, minimal pesticide use, low sulphite levels, hand-harvested fruit, manual riddling, and limited dosage. Certain cuvées also use late bottling, blind dosage, and Burgundy barrels. Winemaking is led by chef de cave Didier Pierson, a fifth-generation Champagne maker with more than 30 years of experience.
