Finca La Font de Jui is a family winery founded in 2006 in Subirats, in the Alt Penedès. The family manages the entire process, from cultivating its 11.5 hectares to winemaking and commercialization, using exclusively estate-grown grapes. Its vineyards are certified organic and biodynamic, with manual work, low yields, spontaneous cover crops, and no synthetic chemicals. Winemaking is low intervention, with gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation, natural clarification, and unfiltered wines. The estate produces both still and traditional- or ancestral-method sparkling wines from varieties including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and experimental Vermentino.
