Famiglia Olivini

Italy

Founded in 1970, Famiglia Olivini is based at Demesse Vecchie in San Martino della Battaglia, near Lake Garda in Lombardy. The winery is managed by Giorgio, Giordana and Giovanni, who continue their parents’ connection with the territory. Its registered Agricoltura Ragionata® philosophy, passed down through generations, emphasizes minimal intervention in the vineyards and cellar. Practices include manual harvesting, targeted phytosanitary treatments, sexual confusion, alternate mowing, green manure and organic fertilization. The winery focuses particularly on expressing Lugana, selecting material from older vineyards for aromatic precision and balanced acidity. Its wines are described as mineral Lugana, powerful and elegant reds, rich sweet wines, and fresh, long-lived sparkling wines.
