Domaine Stéphanie Olmeta

France

Domaine Stéphanie Olmeta is a family-run estate in Patrimonio, Corsica, owned and operated by self-taught winemaker Stéphanie Olmeta and her husband. Working around 8 hectares of vines, the domaine focuses primarily on Niellucciu for reds and Vermentino for whites. Its six wines—three whites and three reds—are made naturally, with organic farming practices, no pesticides or chemical treatments, and indigenous yeasts. The estate has no formal sustainability certification, but its approach emphasizes low-intervention farming and winemaking. Production is modest, with Stéphanie Olmeta as the sole winemaker mentioned.
