Domaine Nicolas Mariotti Bindi

France

Nicolas Mariotti Bindi is a founder-run estate in Patrimonio, Corsica, established in 2007 by Nicolas Mariotti Bindi, who also serves as the winemaker. The domaine has grown from its original plantings to include largely old, head-trained vines on clay and limestone soils. Farming is organic, with hand-harvesting in small baskets, low yields, and parcel-by-parcel attention. In the cellar, fermentations are carried out naturally with indigenous yeasts, with minimal sulphur and no fining or filtration, reflecting a clear, terroir-focused approach.
