Domaine Larue is a family-owned estate in Saint-Aubin in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune, founded in 1946 by Guy Larue and still run by the Larue family. Managed by Didier, Denis, and Bruno Larue, the domaine works vineyards across Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet and other Côte de Beaune villages, with a strong presence in Saint-Aubin Premier Cru sites. Farming follows lutte raisonnée, with hand harvesting, hand sorting, controlled yields, and mechanical soil work to preserve living soils. In the cellar, the approach is precise and relatively non-interventionist, with each cuvée adapted to its site and vintage. Whites are a longstanding focus, raised on lees in barrel with judicious oak, while reds are carefully sorted and vinified with partial whole clusters depending on maturity. The wines are presented as authentic, terroir-faithful Burgundies.
