Domaine Durieu

France

Domaine Durieu is a family estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, founded in 1976 by Paul Durieu on vines inherited from both sides of the family, including old parcels planted before the First World War. Since 2004, brothers Vincent and François Durieu have run the domaine, continuing the family heritage while shaping a style marked by modernity and elegance. Based in a former cooperage workshop in the heart of the village, the estate works vineyards across Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Plan de Dieu, Côtes du Rhône and Ventoux. Farming follows a reasoned approach with attention to preserving terroir and environment. Old Grenache vines and a broad range of Rhône varieties underpin wines described as generous, elegant and complex, with each cuvée intended to express the character of its terroir.
