ADAMVS is an estate-grown winery on Howell Mountain in Napa Valley, producing hillside Cabernet Sauvignon known for its structure and sophistication. Owned by Denise and Stephen Adams, who also operate Château Fonplegade in Saint-Émilion, the estate is certified organic and farmed biodynamically across a mosaic of small vineyard blocks. Much of the property remains wild to support biodiversity, while the integrated farming approach emphasizes healthy soils and a vibrant ecosystem. Winemaking is led on site by Alberto Bianchi, with consulting input from Philippe Melka. Tastings are offered in the Cypress House, alongside a historic wine library.
