Dee Vine Estate is a family-owned Riverina winery in New South Wales, founded by Southern Italian brothers Michele and Domenico Scarfone after their 1956 emigration to Australia. The family planted its first vines at Nericon in 1957, and the business now spans four generations, with Adrian Bianchini and Fernando Rombola leading its expansion. Vineyards lie on Murrumbidgee-irrigated floodplains, and the winery combines traditional Italian heritage with modern winemaking. Its wines are intended to be accessible and approachable, including the Estate Range, Nericon, D-Reserve, Allegra, The Drover and 2 Monkeys. Environmental efforts include recycling, recycled packaging, waste reduction, and goals to reduce water, electricity and energy use.
