Cyrhus is a strictly limited-edition cuvée from a secret 2-hectare vineyard in Montravel, between Bergerac and Saint-Émilion, produced by Masrour Makaremi. Each bottle is individually numbered, reflecting the project’s extremely small-batch character. Made using sustainable methods, though without a cited formal certification, Cyrhus is presented as a distinctive initiative rather than a conventional winery. The wine reconnects Makaremi with his Iranian origins and pays tribute to the birthplace of wine production five thousand years ago, reviving Persian winemaking traditions in South-West France.
