Château Peyredon is a small, family-owned estate on the Grand Poujeaux hill in Bordeaux, acquired by Stéphane and Laurence Dupuch in 2009. Its vines grow on deep, well-draining Günz gravel and are farmed organically, with biodiversity preservation, no weedkillers, and manual harvesting. In a small garage winery, Laurence Dupuch vinifies individual parcels in stainless steel and concrete before ageing the wines for 12–14 months in French oak. Based on Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the estate produces modest quantities of traditionally styled wines.
