Barbadillo is a historic family-owned sherry house founded in 1821 in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Jerez, and still run by the seventh generation of the founding family. The estate is known for Manzanilla, with wines aged in traditional solera systems across its historic bodegas. Viticulture is described as sustainable, with SOHISCERT organic certification for certain bottlings and long-running organic farming practices, alongside environmental work including wildlife conservation projects. Winemaking is led by Montserrat “Montse” Molina, while Armando Guerra heads the innovation division.
