Guilhem & Jean-Hugues Goisot

France

Guilhem & Jean-Hugues Goisot is a family-run estate in northern Burgundy’s Yonne, with vineyards in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, Irancy and Chablis. The domaine is certified organic and biodynamic, with hand-harvested, low-yielding vines, no irrigation and a focus on expressing terroir, including Kimmeridgian soils in its Chablis parcels. Guilhem and Jean-Hugues Goisot oversee both vineyard and cellar work, using indigenous yeasts and minimal additives, including limited SO₂. The estate produces around 20 cuvées from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Aligoté, Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris. Wines are made in a range of styles, including steel-fermented Irancy La Voie de Cravant and cuvées aged 12–18 months in oak barrels.
