Vini Aurora is an organic and biodynamic producer in Marche, around Offida/Ascoli Piceno, founded in the late 1970s by a group of friends and now carried forward by a new generation. The estate works hilly vineyards on clay-calcareous soils with some sandy veins, farming with BIO and CCPB-certified organic methods and a strong respect for nature. Practices mentioned include green manuring, limited use of copper and sulfur, and biological pest control. In the cellar, Aurora favors minimal intervention and spontaneous fermentations to preserve natural aromas and flavors, with occasional oak aging. The winery is a founding member of Terroir Marche and is noted for its longstanding commitment to organic agriculture in the region. It grows indigenous varieties such as Pecorino, Passerina, Trebbiano, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, and Morettone.
