Tabarrini is a fourth-generation family-owned estate in Montefalco, Umbria, led by Giampaolo Tabarrini with support from his son Filippo and partner Federica. The winery focuses on regional varieties, especially Sagrantino, alongside Montefalco Rosso, blends, and the Trebbiano Spoletino-based Adarmando. Its range includes single-vineyard Sagrantino wines, and winemaking is carried out with input from enologist Alessandro Meniconi. Notes mention technological innovations designed to minimize grape contact. No formal sustainability certifications are reported.
